[Resolved] Tata Sky — multi tv charges doubled and does not give option to choose different channel on each box | |||
Hi Post trai new regulation on dth channel i tried to optimize usage of my four tata sky boxes. I have one primary and three secondary boxes which i am using for the last 7 years now. Since usage on two secondary boxes are very minimal. I approached tata sky call center with a request to give me an option to select channels, box wise so that i can keep minimum channel on two boxes. Which mean on primary box i want to have maximum channels and on secondary we select only free channel and very few paid channels. Which is logical as each member in family like different channel today and guest rooms are used only when gust comes. But tata sky refused to give such option and i am struggling for past 15 days now to get the option as they do have any such policy. As per them only solution to install dishes for each box and chose channel on each box. Which mean if have 4 box and want to keep different channels on each box, i will have to install 4 dishes which is very shocking. Just to cross check i contacted other service provider and but other service providers are giving flexibility to chose channel box wise. Mean i can select channels and take package for each boxes differently. I am sure trai has come up with regulation so that we can optimise our cost and channel Than how come only tata sky has diffrent policy and harrasing us. I have aprached to this senior form to look into the practicle issues being faced by customers and take up seriously. Though i have simple option to switch to other service provider which may be forced upon me eventually if no soluyion is provided by trai nad md of ata sky too. But i thought to bring this practle issue to every ones notice, how customers are ebing manupilated by tata sky. And millions of customers do not suffrer with such one sided policy of tata sky In the hope of some resolution Was this information helpful? | |||

Currently, you will see the same channels & services which you have on your primary connection. Once we have different content box wise, we will surely update you about the same.
