[Resolved]  Tata Sky — my annual subscription not given in spite of paying for annual pack

Forcefully HD channels are added and my annual subscription is shortened without my consent. #16AGA114

7 months complaint is open and they are giving vague reasons. We are talking to them and nobody is responding. This is utter cheating that after recharging they convert pack without information and consent

Need my annual pack and expiry should be 28th January 2019 as committed on website.

Hi, the issue is intermittently from ABP-Broadcaster’s end. In meantime, we have registered your query. Allow us some time to resolve the same.
I had called to tata sky call centre for some query but didn't get any suitable answer from there. I am also not getting all chennals in my Dhamaal pack.
I want to take any senior authority of Tata Sky.

I regularly use my tata sky dth hd setup box but since yesterday it is showing a pairing error between card and setup box though i have never touched the card

Hi Saifuddin, that's not how it should have been. We've refreshed the signal. Please turn off the set-top box for a few minutes. Turn it on and check if the problem persists.
