[Resolved]  Tata Sky — my name was wrongly mentioned

I got the tata sky connection on 08/12/2018 my subscriber id is [protected] at the time of connection registration my name was wrongly mentioned as maheshwaran instead of mareeswaran by the vendor. Just know only i came to now the name mismatch
. I want to correct my name as mareeswaran n. Initial
One customer care call also not completes. They informed me first correct the name.

Hi! We are here to help you. Remove the card and wipe it with a soft dry cloth, insert it back (The Tata Sky logo should be upward and the arrow pointing towards the Set-top box) and let us know the status.
