[Resolved] Tata Sky — my set top box not working

Giving me error 02 - digicard may not be inserted properly.
I have several times took off and inserted digicard after i started getting this message. But in vain in still continues giving me same message. I have inserted photo of my tv screen for your information please advice how to resolve this.
If its digicard problem how to resolve this.
