[Resolved] Tata Sky — network issue not solved | |||||
I am complaining since two weeks and registered a complaint about the network issue i am facing after relocation. Every time they register a new complaint, they dont resolve the issue and close the complaint without my acknowledgement. I have paid tatasky for relocation and i am facing network issue as antenna is not installed properly and tatasky asking me to pay 300 again. They are asking me to pay for technician mistake. I have paid almost 2000 to 2500 for channels since 3 months. I am complaining since 2 months and my issue is not resolved. I request tatasky to resolve my issue or else refund my money and cancel the order. Customer can not pay for your technician mistake. It is the customer who are facing the problem and tatasky ask customer to pay for that. Please teach your technician to check signal strength after installation Was this information helpful? | |||||
