[Resolved] Tata Sky — no account statement for last 4 months | |
Hi I am a tatasky customer for the last 10 years having account number [protected]. I am not getting my monthly statement for my account for the last four months and despite making several requests through email and chat service for the bill the issue remains unresolved. The complaint number i got from tatasky is 1qo2kz9f. I believe as a customer i have the right to receive the bill for the amount i am paying. Tatasky has neither intention nor interest in resolving the issue and from my interaction with the customer support i understand that they are only there to generate a complaint number.
