[Resolved] Tata Sky — no changes in my rmn or email

My rmn was changed without my request. Someone is trying to access my tatasky connection in my absence and i would like to inform tatasky not to make any changes/updates in my account unless a request is made from the registered mobile number or the registered email.
Today when i called customer care to inform the same i was told it is not possible anyone who will verify the address and pin code can get the rmn changed.
This is very low level of serurity that tatasky is providing.
I do not want any changes in my account without my permission.
