[Resolved]  Tata Sky — no charge after receiving money

Address:Shimla, Himachal Pradesh, 171009.

Dear sir
I am tatasky consumer with id no. [protected] on 01/12/2017 i remitted rs. 324/- to tatasky account through google tez you app. At 10.32 transaction was successful.

Google transaction id: cicagic5le_oiq
Upi transaction id:[protected].

I have spoken repeatedly to tatasky executives but no action was taken. I sent two emails expressing my problem. Following is the details.

Hi Abraham, we've refreshed the signal. Please turn off the set top box for a few minutes. Turn it on and check if the problem persists.
