[Resolved]  Tata Sky — no interest in solving my problem of set top box

Tata Sky is not at all a good service provider. I am facing the same problem that srishi 285 faced, I don't know why my STB shopped working I complained at least 200-300 times to their helpline number and still they are not sending any technician. They are repeating that they will contact us in 2 hours and I am not receiving any call and after their time is reached, they give the time of 10 o clock next day, I am still waiting to get the technician here to solve my problem. 13 days I called the Tata Sky helpline and I am still worried. Very much disappointed

Finally on 3rd April they sent a technician, do note everyone complaint given on 18th March :-(

How long you will take. Does it take 14 days for you guys to realize that I am having troubles with your given connection? Why don't you just send a technician to resolve my problem?

That's not the matter that I am not receiving any calls from you guys matter is that I am not receiving the call from the technician I even talked with him so far. Just tell me that will you take a month or year to send a technician!!!
