Tata Sky — no network no signal

I have balance of 496 Rs. in my account with subscriber ID [protected].I am not getting network . You have no good customer care service.you people are least bother about your subscribers Since today evening, i have stopped receiving signal.. I am facing signal related issue since today afternoon..The call centres a Tried to contact customer care since last 4-5 hours but unable to contact. Everytime getting msg that "number is busy please try again". Really worst service from tatasky. I have seen since last 1-2 years that company doesn't care about their existing customer
