Tata Sky — No replacement of setup box for MPEG 4 upgrade.

I raised a request for setup box upgrade on 25th of last month as i was unable to view any channels. Then i called tata sky customer care every day & they said that your complaint has been noted down & technical team will contact me. But till date nobody contacted me even after 20 days has been passed.

I am also facing the same problem. They have not visited the location and changed our setup box. The Tatasky customer care toll free numbers are always busy and no one speaks there. So it is better to switch to other service provider.
