Tata Sky — No response from your Customer Care for Upgrade MPEG4, ID: [protected]

Sir, I am calling you more than ten to twelve times but no response from your customer care for upgrade the MPEG4. I am trusting on your company more that 10 yrs but your company not given me any response for upgrade the MPEG4. Your channel give the instructions for change your MPEG4 box before 15 June 2015 how it is possible for me to change MPEG4. I am totally upset from your company response. If you are not able to do this so tell me, then I contact another company for giving the well service without any interruption because my mother watching only religious channel like AASTHA, SANSKAR & News Channel and all are inactive.
