[Resolved] Tata Sky — no service available even after recharge | |||
The recharge happened today. Even after 1 hr, the service is not on. When tried to reach support team, automated service continuously communicated that i am their critical customer and call will be supported in a minute. At last one service person picked up after "10" minutes. Spoke to support team member, and he mentioned there is a technical fault. So even after recharging, services did not come and billing cycle started clicking. Such things happened several times and customer service had no resolution. And they mentioned that they will raise this to seniors. I am doubtful whether even their senior also know the staff well. Hopeless services. Was this information helpful? | |||
