[Resolved] Tata Sky — No service... Lots of channels missing | |||
Dear Sir/ Madame, Umpteen times we have made complaint over e-mail, phone to restore uninterrupted services for over last 7 months, particularly after shifting to this building (HDIL Metropolis, J.P. Road, Andheri-West), but still no remedy. We have 2 connections and paid for the full year. At time your service engineers come… do something... and go. But same things. Most of the time the service is stopped Particularly, every night around 1030, , , 1130 or around Midnight it stops. Now the time is 1020 AM… still no service and the service stopped last night at 1030 PM. This building got a master dish antenna and very small. The power switch someone putting off? I ask this to all your technicians. They do something… and within few hours again back to square again No service. I think everyone driving us crazy, so that we are forced to take the local cable network. We are paying huge sum for every month, but no remedy. Either you make the system perfect otherwise please return balance money enable get connection from the local cable provider.
