[Resolved] Tata Sky — no set up box even after 2 months waiting | |||
Tata sky service is THE WORST service i have ever seen. Customer support team just read the script infornt of them. I first logged in a request to get a new set up box on april 26th and today is June 9th. Really!!! I kept on listening to wait for 2hrs to get call from technician. I thought I should speak to supervisor now as theres no solution with customer service advisors(JYOTHI, VISHNU PRIYA). There comes a Supervisor(Ragavi) now on the call. I was really expecting to hear something different from her but you know what she sounded exactly the same as her customer support guys. She is not able to answer my simple questions. Could not transfer a call to her Team lead even after waiting on call for 45minutes. This is really rediculous service from them. We are paying so much to this people and they could not give a simple service to us. Further, we have to be on calls for hours to listen to the same script again and again. Thers actually no sense in their talking. !!!STILL MY ISSUE IS NOT RESOLVED!!! I hope this note will make a little difference and give your customers a little satisfaction!!
