[Resolved] Tata Sky — no signal on both set top boxes

We have 2 set top boxes installed at our residence and both are showing the message "no signal". I raised a complaint with customer care on 4th of may and am calling them daily but have not received any call from service engineers. No one has visited our residence to look into the problem. Our subscriber id is [protected]. Five days have passed yet no one is taking the initiative to get our no signal problem resolved.
