[Resolved] Tata Sky — No Solution To My Problems | |||
I am a Tata Sky Subscriber and have subscribed and paid for an annual pack... My subscriber id is [protected]... I have a multi connection... Yesterday i called on the helpline number and asked to add two packs - English entertainment - English movies Out of which the latter was not added where as I was said that it is added. In the first pack too hd channels were not coming only sd channels were coming so I complained and called technician. by the time technician came all my channels stopped working, even though i had subscribed to a annual pack... Since yesterday noon I'm being said that their senior technician will come soon, but since then no one has come, and my channels anent working since yesterday... PLEASE CHECK WHAT'S THE PROBLEM AND GET A SOLUTION OUT OF IT AS SOON AS POSSIBLE...!!! Was this information helpful? | |||
