Tata Sky — no telecast of sony channels since past three days

This is to inform you that I Mohan Menon have subscribed Tata sky for one year, ending next April 2019. I am unable to view Sony channels since past three days. Since last these days your customer care is also not responding. I am Tatasky subscriber past many years such type
of non responsive attitude I have never seen. This may taken as an urgent case and please respond to my complaint immediately. Kindly let me know immediately what is the problem and when it will be sorted out and when Sony channels would resume. Even customer care nos. when it will start responding. Please see to II immediately and respond to my complaints.
