Tata Sky — non activation of accont

sir, my subscriber ID is[protected].. i subscribed for supreme sports kids pack on 05 Jun15 with a payment of Rs 1930, but it is not activated. now when i speak to customer care they say that your english entertainment pack is activated. i have not asked for any such thing. when i call customer care they keep the call hanged, transferring call here & there. please extend necessary help. thanking you Brajesh Dobhal
