[Resolved] Tata Sky — non-attendance to my service request | |||
On night of 14th Sept I raised a request to set my set-up box right as it did not show up green light, and TV screen showed 'no signal'. I was promised that a technician will come to set right the problem. Since then I followed up at least twenty times with various persons on their helpline #[protected] and to many other persons to whom my request was escalated. They all went on giving false promises. In first two days some calls came to me from their Bangalore and Hyderabad office (as I guess from the STD code) telling that the technician will call me up. But no technician turned up or called me yet. Three days before, someone even gave me the name one technician, but he never contacted me. I am feeling frustrated. I get a feeling that Tatasky does not care for their customers. Please help. Was this information helpful? | |||
