[Resolved] Tata Sky — Non availability of signal led to no service | |||||
Yesterday from around 4 pm onwards i was not able to access Tata sky as because message was coming as due to rains and couldy whether. I was waiting till 9.48 pm and their after lodged complaint. Although lot of false assurances were given by all concerned including service centre help line even senior officials in spite of repeated complaints but no action. My consumer no. Is [protected]. This is at all not acceptable since failure of signal is your problem and then it is also told that rs. 200/- will be charged by you. Why when this problem pertains to u. My mobile no is [protected]. We are fools that since beginning we are loyal customers of Tata sky having multiple connections. In view of the same we are forced to take out services of other doh operators.
