[Resolved] Tata Sky — non crediting the cash benefit of rs 300. | |||
Under the scheme of refer to friend launched by tatasky, two friends were referred by me namely bishwajit kumar, id -[protected] and ghanshyam singh, id-[protected]. Both the id are active but i have been provided benefit for only one friend i. E only rs. 300 instead of rs. 600 (Rs.300 for each friend).in this connection firstly i was stated by tatasky customer care that one id is not active but i am sure that both the id is active. Second time i was stated that procedure was not followed however same procedure was followed in both the cases and each time my friends who were referred also receive messages from tatasky that you are referred by kishor kumar.
