[Resolved] Tata Sky — non provision of facility for which subscription is prepaid | |||
I have been a tatasky customer for last ten years and have been subscribing for prepaid services. My mobile no is [protected] and my customer id is [protected] . On 29 sept I approached your customer care as i could not view KBC. The problem was set riht by your customer care executive .However, today we could not view the programme as we could not get confirmation from [protected] .It seems that the package i have subscribed for is not being made available for veiwing . pl resolve this problem or terminate my connection immediately.
