[Resolved] Tata Sky — non-refund of outstanding subscription fee | |||
Reproduction of my recent e-mail to Nodal Officer, Tatasky, Maharashtra and Goa: Dear Nodal Officer, As the e-mail from your end (from Somashekara) makes clear, you cancelled my Tatasky Account (Subscriber ID [protected]) on 19/10/2018 after my cancellation request dated 1/10/2108. However as of date (November 15) I have not learnt how and where to surrender the set top box and digicard and collect my refund cheque for Rs 4112.72. A brief recap of my interactions with you: 1. Your e-mail of October 18 with service request number 18CM2DPQ in response to my e-mail to Nodal Officer dated October 16 2018. This was your first response to me. 2. Your e-mail below with Service Request Number 18XDPY2U dated 12/11/18. 3. Phone complaint to Nivetha at Office of Nodal Officer on 12/11/18. 4. New service number (18Y4CGUG) in auto-response from your end on 14/11/18. So far nothing of any help has come from your end and I am still awaiting the refund.
