[Resolved]  Tata Sky — non refund of reliance dth credit to tatasky on migration.

Have migrated from reliance dth to tatasky (Id. [protected]) on 01-11-17 on the promise that amount in credit of reliance will also be credited to tatasky. Since then have complained to tatasky customer care many times and everytime was assured of credit within 7days as it was in process.
Today[protected] when i called up customer care, one lady informed me that the complaint has been closed as it has been resolved. When asked how it be closed without any credit to tatasky a/c, she simply offered to lodge a fresh complaint.
2nd customer support informed me that complaint has been closed as problem was at reliance end and i should call reliance to sort out the issue.
3rd customer support informs me that amount would surely be credited within 7days.
How come different people at customer care come up with different answers? When i asked them to connect to superiors - which they did - no one at other end bothered and line got disconnected thrice.

I have migrated to tatasky from reliance dth on 01-11-17 as was asked by reliance to migrate to other service providers as their dth license was to expire.
Gave a missed call to tatasky and a representative from tatasky replaced the set top boxes and took reliance set top boxes. But the amount (Approx rs. 2000/-) with reliance dth hasnt yet been transferred to tatasky a/c. Have lodged repeated complaints with tatasky customer care only to receive assurances.
Today when i called customer support, was informed by one customer support that my complaint was closed as it was solved. When asked how the complaint could be closed when no amount was credited to my tatasky a/c, she said it was not an issue as i could again give a complaint on same matter. The call was transferred to another customer support who informed that they cannot do anything about the amount with reliance dth and i should contact reliance. 2nd customer support transferred the call to some superior who never bothered to attend the call and call got disconnected after 10-15 minutes.
Later when i again called, another customer support assured that the amount would be credited within 7 days - this was the same response i have been getting for 5 weeks. He forwarded the call but none bothered to address it and call got disconnected.
Does the company have any answer? How come everyone's giving different answers?

what kind of response is this from TATASKY ? u made note and why am I not hearing anything about refund/credit of balance even after almost 2 months ? I think this guy @Rohit has standard response for all complaints and company never bothers to respond !!
