[Resolved] Tata Sky — non registration of mobile number of our officer for all tata sky dth connections | |||
We are having 12 tata sky dth connections at our head office at shivajinagar pune. All the connections are made available to top executives and therefore one of the officers is handling all these connections. His cell number was given however he is retired from services on 31.10.2018 on superannuation. Now in his place we have assigned his duties to other officer and requested company to kindly register his cell number for all dth connections by sending email on "[protected]@tatasky.com. Today we have received telephone call and informed that company will register this cell number only for three connections only. We request you to kindly look into the matter. Other wise we have to think of discontinuing all the 12 connections and obtain the same from other company. Was this information helpful? | |||
