Tata Sky — None of the HD channels along with few non hd can been seen from past 3 weeks

We have been really very disapointed by the poor service provided by tata sky . For the initaial 1 week, none of the channels were available . When we tried to reach out customer care help the people over the call were ill-mannered and didnot have proper ettiquets to talk to . We did several follow ups but we didnot get any help. It has been so long and still we keep on trying very hard but no help yet .. We are so dissapointed with the service that we are planning to switch the service provider .. Above all i would request tata sky managent to take strict actiob for the employee who handle the customer support who handle the client . Did not accept this fom TATA sky .. Can i expect anything from you now..???
