[Resolved] Tata Sky — not able to see the channels | |||
Sir i am having one tata sky connection with customer id [protected]. Since last 10 days i am facing the issue of channels which is getting disturbed and the message is coming that due to bad weather box is not receiving the signals. Today i called to tata sky service center for the same matter and reply was that there may be rain so this problem is occuring so wait till the whether cleared anf if engineer will visit it will be chargeable. But there is no rain here since morning. Can you please suggest me that we should watch tv in rainy season or not? Coz every day i am facing same problem and if engineers will visit us it will not be cost effective to be with tata sky... Intead of giving soluation tata sky representatives suggest me to cancel the tata sky service... Kindly look into the matter... Was this information helpful? | |||

Verified Support Aug 23, 2017 Tata Sky Customer Care's response Hi Rohit, we've refreshed the signal. Please turn off the set top box for few minutes. Turn it on and check if the problem persists.
