[Resolved] Tata Sky — Not able to view my subscribed channel since many days | |||
Hi, I am not able to view my subscribed channel On Tatasky since many days and my payment due date is 29 Jan 2017. I tired to connect customer care many times but they put me on hold every time by saying your expected time is 10 mins. This is the second time when I am facing this issue. Last time I have asked for refund of my money for the time when i was not able to view the channel. But haven't received any refund amount yet. This time again since i was not able to view channel since many days, i want my balance to be refunded for the days where I was not able to use Tatasky service.
