[Resolved] Tata Sky — Not able to watch Tata Sky in spite of having balance in my account | |||||
My client id no is [protected]. On sunday (4/6/17) suddenly my set top box stopped receiving signal. I tried to find out what went wrong. I came to know that tata sky person has come to the society to sortout another custmer, s complaint has disconnected my connection from the dish. I lodged the complaint the same day nothing was done i could not watch india pakistan match. Since then i am following my complaint everyday but my complaint is not sorted out inspite of talking to senior people. My connection is more than 4 years old and i am shocked with their unprofessional attitude. I can, t figureout why my connection was disconnected and why am i being harassed in spite of having enough balance in my account. This unprofessional attitude is not first time. Is this the way they treat their customers once connection is taken. I am seriously thinking to switch to another service. Was this information helpful? | |||||

Hi Murthy, You can address your complaint to tata sky’s official handle @tatasky. They will arrange for a callback and assist you accordingly. I once faced an issue where I paid for the package amount but my account was de-activated. I tweeted regarding this complaint and tata sky immediately responded to my tweet. All I had to do is submit my subscriber ID. The customer service team instantly gave a callback and my account was activated. I suggest you too should provide your subscriber ID either here or tweet regarding your issue with this complaint link. I am sure they will look into your matter and assist you in resolving your issue.
i have recharged with rs 59 for tata sky classic channel no 318. but for activating i am calling again and again to customer care. i tried all the numbers, firstly toll free no has no method to connect to customer care executive. secondly i tried registered no of mumbai address there also no one is picking up phone.very bad service.
