[Resolved]  Tata Sky — not being able to view channels that were earlier promised

I have taken annual subscription pack of tata sky. I had made the full complete payment for the entire year.

All of a sudden due to some internal issues between tata sky and sony network, tata sky removed some channels of sony from its dth platform and all channels of sony from its mobile platform. I am no longer able to view the most important channels.

I am unable to take any action as i have already paid for the entire year and hence if i switch to any other dth service provider i will lose all my money currently lying in the tata sky account. Tata sky has left me with no options.

It is not the customers fault if commercial negotiations with the broadcasters broke down. I have paid the full year amount with the trust that i will be able to view all the promised channels. I want refund for the entire year amount along with refund for the set top boxes purchased so that i can switch to a different DTH Network.
