[Resolved] Tata Sky — not getting service post 10 time complaint | |||
I am requesting for a technician visit at my place for last 5 days and everytime customer service person has commited that technician will be visited on next day. But till now neither i have received any call nor any technician turned up. I called up yesterday evening and supervisor navdeep singh told me i will be receiving calls within 2 hrs (This was my 8th call for the same issue) which i did not and when again called up in cs someone told me i will get call today at 10 am for visit confirmation. I am waiting till now not received any calls. I am unable to watch tv but my data pack is activated. Good business strategy tata sky team!!! Seriously you guys are making life jhingalala!! Please take your customer complains seriously. Don't treat them like a fool!! Was this information helpful? | |||
