[Resolved] Tata Sky — Not getting services for tata sky firestick issue | |||
Customer id - [protected] I had talked to the customer care representative of the tata sky on phone multiple times since 31st july. After continuous reminders, the service person came thrice but we were not given a proper solution to the issue we are facing (Explained below). Mr. Deepak chauhan (Service personnel) do not respond to our calls and keep delaying the visits and have a new excuse every time. It was committed by mr. Satyam who visited my house on 10th aug 2020 that some mr. Rahul and shubham will make arrangements of a new firestick in my name without any additional cost. Also, the firestick that was given to us previously is on some other person's name (Dharamendra rajput). Issue :-we have paid rs.920 in the month of july for tata sky firestick but it is still not in the working condition. We are facing a lot of problem due to this and it is an unacceptable service from tata sky. Also tata sky binge is also not working.
