[Resolved] Tata Sky — Not providing proper explanation of failure and charging money

I had changed a set top box twice in past 2 months. The set top box has again stopped working. When complaint, they informed that I have to change set top box again. When asked for the reason of failure no costumer support or any technician are ready to give any proper explanation.
The customer support team have given me false reasons, that they will solve the issue and give me proper explanation for the failure of set top boxes. More than 15 days but still no response. The customer support team have closed my complaint request every time without resolving and without even consulting me.
Now when i have complaint again, I have got response that the technician is not willing to visit for support, as i have complaint for the failure and want the cause of failure every time. Rather he started arguing that, I shouldn't have complaint for such reasons!!!
I am using TATA SKY since more than 8 years now, and is this the way Tata Sky must respond to the customer??
Is this the service provided to the customer after customer pays every time for the services they porvide.

Dear Sir/Madam, As soon as I complained on this forum, Tata Sky representative Ms. Prabha contacted me and calmly listened to the entire situation of complaint. She assured that the issue will be resolved and the DTH box will be provided with free of cost replacement and also ensure a technician visit at my house. Next day technician visited at my place and replaced the set top box. The complaint which was not resolved from more than 15 days was resolved within 24 hours time. Thanks to consumer complaint forum and also thanks to Ms. Prabha ( phn no : +918067029190) for resolving the issue on priority basis.
