[Resolved] Tata Sky — Not received product | |
I ordered tata sky online connection on 7th oct 2021 but still not received subscriber id and confirmation message on phone number. I paid Rs.1556 amount online via debit card. I have received invoice for payment which has transaction id in it. By which they can verify my payment status and get it sort asap. I further contacted customer care they couldn't sort out my problem. I dont have subscriber id yet. Tatasky transaction id- DS[protected]. If they are not able to fix their problem, get me my refund soon. Was this information helpful? | |
Oct 17, 2021 Complaint marked as Resolved Customer care contacted me after so many tweets and emails. They initiated my refund after that...funds got reflected in my account after 2 days. Today evening i received call from scammer who was pretending to be tatasky customer support. He said that you will get your refund back after few steps. He ask me to install anydesk app so he can monitor activities remotely such as getting my otp. When i refused to share details about debit card number, expiry date and cvv he said he can't process further for refund. One more thing he shared that tatasky has policy which states that customer has to install anydesk app to cancel order and get refund.
