[Resolved] Tata Sky — not recharged | |||||
I had recharge my Tata Sky account with 320. It was debited through [protected]@ICICI but my account was not recharged and the money was deducted from my bank account but my account was not recharged. It was done on 13 /10/ 2018 at 10:35 a.m. when I contacted the Tata Sky customer care they have no idea but it was through the link that they had provided and I had made my payments and it is their responsibility to recharge or refund my amount kindly take my complaint seriously do the needful to refund my amount. Verified Support Oct 19, 2018 Tata Sky Customer Care's response Hi, we see that the recharge of Rs.320/- was successful.
