[Resolved]  Tata Sky — Not refunding the balance amount

I have an account on TATA SKY/TATA PLAY with Subscriber ID- [protected].

There was an offer running on tata sky to pay INR 6000 and the tata play binge box will be set up for free. We deposited the amount in tata sky account for availing the offer but before taking the offer I called the customer care company and the taken confirmation that the installation fee will be there or not including the wire amount, the person cleared that no amount will be taken so I have taken the offer and shared the date. On the selected date, I asked the person to come early as there is no light on the terrace. The respective person at 10 am said the installation guy will come in 1 hr. I waited, and called again he again said will be there in 2-3 hours. Again waited and the same was repeated till the evening and at 8 pm the person come to my home for the installation. We denied for the installation and both the guys had misbehaved on call and also when they reach at my home and said that I have selected the time frame of 7pm-8pm for the installation. BUT THE REALITY WAS I HAVN'T SELECTED ANY TIME FRAME even though we were not aware of the same.

Then I decided to deactivate all the service from TATA SKY/TATA PLAY.. I called customer support for deactivate the DTH and FIrestick service and the person said he has forwarded both request and said me to wait for 2 weeks within which refund team will contact me. I requested to call me asap. but they didn't. They called in on the 16th day from the complaint and asked me to send a canceled cheque copy via email for refund and refund team will call me again within 24 hrs.. I shared the email but refund team haven't called me so I again called the support team but they again n again shared the 24 hrs tat which never gets fulfilled. I have called the support for almost 50-60 times jzt for arranging the call for my refund. MOREOVER, AS SOON AS THE NEXT MONTH STARTED THEY HAVE DEBITED THE MONTHLY FIRESTICK AMOUNT FROM MY TATAPLAY ACCOUNT, which I have not used and on 1st call only I have deactivated all the services including the firestick amount.

Even had word with L2 level but they are not of any use and these stupid guys giving only 24 hrs tat and stating to the customer that this all they can do and its customers duty that they don't read the TnCS.

Kindly refund my whole amount of INR6000 including the deducted amount which should not be deducted else I will go to the nxt level. As these people are looters and always n always loot people and are not ready to help or retain their valuable users.

Have u gone mad or what.. your team has called me twice that to with separate number and moreover I am the only person who is containing your support via the customer care number. You guys don't have the details at your end. Do check the details at your end and initiate my refund amount. Moreover I have shared and elaborate my concern very well.
Tata Sky customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
