[Resolved] Tata Sky — not responding to breakdown in service since 11th june

Hello, we have first complained about tv service breakdown on june 11th. Till today we only get promises that someone will come to attend. Till june 20th (Today) which is 10 days now, our tv is non-functional. If someone does not respond today, we will change service provider.
Meha goel / [protected] / b-19, 3rd floor, bombay annexe, sec-17, vashi.
