[Resolved] Tata Sky — not responding to d complaint of tv not receiving signal

On 18th morning had registered complaint about my tv not working due to no signal from yesterday up till now have called them around 10 times to send technician to fix d problem every time their rep replies that they will fix in 2 hours n call back but till now no one has come i also spoke to d senior officer ishika n told her to cancel my package n refund my money if they cannot fix d problem but same false promise given have also sent emails to them still no response plz help
