[Resolved]  Tata Sky — old annual plan discontinue

Address:SMQ 938/2 Air Force station bhuj, Kutch, Gujarat, 370001

I recharged annual package about 20 sep 2018. As per trai, i can continue same annual pack with out any change/increase price and term of subscription. I asked to tata sky customer care to continue my same plan. Tata sky representative told me that you must change channel otherwise they change automatically channel subscribe. I asked again as per trai i want to continue. I also inform them to read frequently asked questions on trai site question no. 11. They force me to change channel subscriptions.

After discussion on toll free number 18002086633 company representative inform me your plan will continue.If any modifications is there we will inform u But after two hrs MD- Mytsky send SMS(as per the TRAI tariff order, in the next few days, you will be automatically migrated to fit plan which has your current key channels)
Tata Sky customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

And company not update how much amount left in account. I called to toll free number [protected] and asked what would be amount left in my account after 31 Mar 19. Representative inform me first you choose your channel after that we update how much amount left in your account.

Hi, as per TRAI direction, following the new Tariff order, service providers will migrate their customers to the best fit plan carrying their key current channels. This process is being done in a phased manner every day to migrate the millions of customers by the 31st March. Each customer has the option of changing their channels and packs at any point in time, before or after the migration. For this, please download the Tata Sky App or visit mytatasky.com and go to Manage Pack, or visit your nearest dealer.

What's the meaning of question no 11's answer on TRAI site frequently asked question answer is that customer can continue same plan those paid in advance with out any change, with out increase price and without alter term of subscription. It is mean TRAI and service provider making the customer fool.
