[Resolved] Tata Sky — old annual plan discontinue | |||
I recharged annual package about 20 sep 2018. As per trai, i can continue same annual pack with out any change/increase price and term of subscription. I asked to tata sky customer care to continue my same plan. Tata sky representative told me that you must change channel otherwise they change automatically channel subscribe. I asked again as per trai i want to continue. I also inform them to read frequently asked questions on trai site question no. 11. They force me to change channel subscriptions. But after two hrs MD- Mytsky send SMS(as per the TRAI tariff order, in the next few days, you will be automatically migrated to fit plan which has your current key channels) Tata Sky customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Verified Support Mar 31, 2019 Tata Sky Customer Care's response Hi, as per TRAI direction, following the new Tariff order, service providers will migrate their customers to the best fit plan carrying their key current channels. This process is being done in a phased manner every day to migrate the millions of customers by the 31st March. Each customer has the option of changing their channels and packs at any point in time, before or after the migration.
