[Resolved] Tata Sky — Opted for different package after 1 year | |||||
I have taken tatasky connection on feb 16 and my id is : [protected]. Opted for grand sports package on feb 16 for one year and it got expired on feb 17. We changed our option and opted for sports dhamaka package and paid for 6 months on 8th feb 17. After paying the amount online, immediately gave missed call to one of the tatasky numbers. The customer care executive contacted me after 2 days and informed me about the connection was reniewed for old grand sports package instead of newly opted sports dhamaka package. I explained him saying that that is not my option. From that time onwards, i am receiving multiple calls from customer care informing me that the grand sports package was renewed and it is on monthly basis which is very high. Every time i keep explaining them saying that i opted for sports dhamaka package and till now it is not changed and they are demanding me to pay for the extra amount, having connection for grand sports package. I lost my patience in this regard. As i opted for sports dhamaka package for 6 months, i expect the same to be continued. The old package (Grand sports package) was renewed without my knowledge, even though i opted and paid for sports dhamaka package not ready to pay any extra amount, as the old package was renewed with out my knowledge. I request you to settle this issue asap, as every day i am receiving calls from customer care saying that my balance is diminishing very fast. Was this information helpful? | |||||
