[Resolved]  Tata Sky — over billing

I started my tata sky in 29 march 2018..in april 20 they ask us to monthly pack bill of 199.. Since then i had same problem... Every time after 15-20 days they ask us to pay monthly pack bill... This time i pay monthly bill of rs 199 on 31st august so that i cud remember date... N now they ask to pay the pack bill on 27 th sept.. N now they say u pay 220 rs as we had rise the pack value... 1st of all they can not rise the value in 1st year.. N on the top of it costomer care executives are like it's company policy to charge and increased the pack value.. It's better not to take tata sky again...
