[Resolved]  Tata Sky — overcharging - after payment

Hi my tata sky id no:[protected]- am a regular customer - i do pay every 6 months (Platinum package) even though i do not watch much tv.
Recently my charge was due - called executive - mentioned amount - paid on line - told me to keep set top box on - did that - after 10 days they have been harassing me to pay more and they are deducting money on a daily basis...
I am regular customer - paid 6 months as per their executive. Around rs4360
They have not done the needful - and activated 6 months
Why should i pay daily...
Pls rectify and stop harassing a poor customer for your inefficiency
