Tata Sky — package change issue

Respected sir, My id is [protected] & i have been changed my package 01.03.2019 at 07:29 pm, which succesfull request id is[protected] but from today i never seen bengali channels like star jalsha, zee bangla, star jalsha movie, zee bangla cinema, sony aath etc. Please take right action for matter as early as possible.
