Tata Sky — package problem

My id is [protected]. I reacharged my i'd for 02 tv sets on 13 mar 18 for 01 year @ 8100. The same was done after due consultation with your rep and informed to helpline subsequently. Now on 03 nov 18 my 01 tv is not working and i m being informed that balance is insufficient. Though i recharged for 01 year for both tvs. It is being informed that my second tv was not included in the pack. This is being done due to lack of service at your end. Please rectify the fault at your end or refund my whole money. Please do the needful to avoid legal hindrances. Thanks

I did't use the service for 1month, than I had recharged on 1st Nov, connection was working fine, from today morning there is no connection..i'm getting Pairing error(this is wrong card for this set of box) message...

Request you to solve the issue..
