My customer id : id[protected] - paid 11100/- for services.
I have raised complaint # 1f2eluoy, tata sky services have been revoked without intimation, now they are stating its dth change in government polices.
I have got credit of rs. 3576.76/- even if we divide the cost it would be 4400/- i should get credit back they are unable to provide proper break up of this.
This is day light robbery of customer who opted for highest pack and got pathetic services from tata sky.

Hi, we see that account has been migrated as per new tariff regulations, please visit mytatasky.com and click on manage packs to add/drop channels as per your viewing preference. LDP packs for new and existing subscribers have been discontinued in compliance with the new regulation on pricing. You can choose your channels & packs that best-fits your viewing requirements on mytatasky.com. Let us assure you the same regulation is applicable for all DTH and Cable operators.
