I have just booked a new connection from your website and paid 2200 for it through my credit card. But there has been no confirmation for it through any sms and i turned up to your customer care who have asked for the subscriber id which i don't have. Please let me know the subscriber id so that i can have a confirmation. I am attaching the screenshot of transaction id. Expecting a swift reply.
