[Resolved]  Tata Sky — pairing error after 1 month of recharge.

After recharge the set top box reflecting error on screen which is saying that it's a wrong card for this set top box (pairing error) Plz help and also confirm why this kind of issue occur. I am one of the loyal customer of Tata Sky from last 2 years want to get it resolved as soon as possible.
