[Resolved] Tata Sky — pairing error after recharge | |||||
I have not used my tata sky for a months and after gap of months i got recharge but it say wrong card for this set top box. ( paring error ) Nds No.[protected] digicard Id is[protected]. As details what ever had been appeared in the tv screen has been copy pasted. Therefore i pleased your kind authority to look into the matter to resolve it. Thank you. Verified Support Aug 12, 2019 Tata Sky Customer Care's response Hi, we're here to help. Please remove the card and wipe it with a soft dry cloth, insert it back(The Tata Sky logo should be upward and the arrow pointing towards the Set-top box) and let us know the status.
