[Resolved]  Tata Sky — pairing error after recharge

I have not used my tata sky for a months and after gap of months i got recharge but it say wrong card for this set top box. ( paring error ) Nds No.[protected] digicard Id is[protected]. As details what ever had been appeared in the tv screen has been copy pasted. Therefore i pleased your kind authority to look into the matter to resolve it. Thank you.

Hi, we're here to help. Please remove the card and wipe it with a soft dry cloth, insert it back(The Tata Sky logo should be upward and the arrow pointing towards the Set-top box) and let us know the status.

I also facing a problem of blank screen with a message : "this is the wrong card for this set top box (Pairing error).

Please resolve this problem as soon as possible
