[Resolved]  Tata Sky — pairing error on tata sky

Havent used tatasky for a few days, but when we started it yesterday it shows the error of wrong card for set top box (pairing error). What details do i need to give to solve the issue?

Also, why is this similar issue arising time and again.. it can be possible that u may not use on tv in your house for sometime, but whenever put on, it should automatically get updated or whatever needa to be done. Why does a complaint need to be file for such service issues?
